Right to Rent Check & Advice
We will advise on the applicants document scans. The landlord, as required by law, then needs to double check the details with the tenants directly.
We will ascertain, based on the tenants income and their employment status, their affordability to pay the rental amount (or their portion of the rent) on your property.
Address History/ Previous Landlords Reference
If the tenant has a current or previous landlord we will confirm with them, the length of the tenancy, monthly amount, and confirming the tenants paid on time, and that they left the property in good condition.
Income & Employment Check
If the tenant is employed, we will contact the prospective tenants employer and confirm details of their employment. This includes, their salary, occupation and length of employment. Where the tenant is self-employed, we will confirm these details with their accountant and/or bank statements to determine their eligibility.
